We’ve all inherited outwardly enforced rules and proscriptions about sex, pleasure, gender, and relationships… which ultimately might result in sexual and gender dissatisfaction plus perhaps a sense of living a hollow life.
Many of us might find ourselves acting or behaving sexually in ways that don’t feel deeply true or aligned.
Perhaps we’ve adopted cultural or familial scripts that block us from accessing the types of sex and pleasure we long for.
Or feel disempowered and confused about how to manifest what we want for ourselves.
In this workshop we’ll be using somatic processes to inquire into a deeper sense of inner wisdom about our erotic power.
With this wisdom, we gain clarity on who we are, what we want, and the steps needed to cultivate a more vibrant, dynamic, and fulfilling experience of the erotic.
The medicine of this extends far beyond our sex lives - it imbues how we move through the world and all of our relationships, including our relationship with ourselves.

-Inquire into archetypal, elemental, and ancestral guides.
-Practice and play with feeling erotic power in our bodies.
-Brainstorm the tools and resources available to us in support of our power.
